The Miramare Hotel Restaurant is located on the ground floor, next to the large and bright breakfast room. Both rooms, located on the sea side, have large windows overlooking the greenery of the park and the bay of Porticciolo.
The restaurant, open every evening during the Summer season (from June to September), offers typical Tuscan dishes, mainly from the sea. The products are all locally sourced and cooked to enhance the genuine flavor of the Livorno coast.
Being a restaurant for both hotel and outdoor customers, it does not display a fixed menu: this changes almost every day depending on the catch and the inspiration of the chefs trying to reproduce the classic Tuscan flavor every evening and in every course.
Our kitchen always offer different dishes to satisfy customers’ requests, which are held in dinners with friends, family or on the occasion of particular events.
The fish dishes are generally always fresh or frozen of the highest quality. Among the various courses, some of the typical dishes offered by the Miramare hotel are:
- seafood risotto,
- spaghetti with seafood,
- pennette with fresh sea bream
- cacciucco alla livornese
among the first courses.
- Mixed fried fish or fish only,
- various types of grilled fish,
- mussel soup,
- marinated anchovies,
- Livorno-style red mullet
among the main courses.
On the menu there will be dishes of meat and vegetables, both first and second.
The same variety distinguishes the desserts, prepared daily by the chefs, such as fruit tarts, tiramisu, mimosa cake and many others.
The kitchen is available to agree specific menus in the presence of particular dietary needs.
